No. You Do not need to be present during your cleaning service. Many of our clients provide access instructions so our team can clean while they are away. We’ll follow the agreed-upon instructions for entering and securing your home or business when we leave.

What should I do with my pets during my cleaning service?

We’re happy to work in homes with pets! If your pet is comfortable around new people and cleaning equipment, they’re welcome to remain in the home. If your pet is nervous or protective, or likely to get in the way while we clean, we ask that they be secured in a seperate room or safe area during your service.
